We are a tier 1 supplier to major oems in india and have been a tier 2 supplier for ford, usa. Our products are manufactured using different technologies in areas like stampings, assembly (welding, riveting etc. ) and roll forming. We have large bed power presses upto 600 tons capacity for stampings, robotic welding and it guns resistance welding for assembly and roll forming lines for manufacturing channels of different profiles. Our heavy fabrication facilities include press brakes, profile cutting machines, roller bending machines and high capacity mig welding machines. In addition, we are also manufacturing booms, excavator buckets and grabs for domestic and export markets. Our new major projects include design, manufacture and supply of complete front end (bonnet, fenders, bumper) of a major construction equipment manufacturer, development of complete cab for cranes and development of complete chassis for a foreign agricultural equipment manufacturer. Our in house tool and part designs and development facility uses high-end engineering software such as ideas that enable in-house tool development on our cnc machining center. Our cnc cmm will be installed by august 2006 enabling direct cad model downloads and cad model and part comparisons. This combination of latest technology and experience enables us to provide short lead times, high quality and economy in products to our customers. Our long association as a tier 1 supplier with oems such as maruti suzuki, jcb india ltd, delphi automotive systems, ace ltd, tata motors ltd, international tractors ltd etc has instilled a quality culture that is geared towards zero defects at our customers end.
